Jar365

One of our cornerstone initiatives, the Jar365 Program, invites organizations, allies, and community partners to take part in reconciliation through direct, measurable action.

With a contribution of $5,475 ($15 per Jar), each participating organization sponsors one Indigenous community member to receive a jar of nutritious food every month for a full year — delivered quarterly or bi-annually.

We are building a line of shelf-stable foods that organizations and allies can purchase to directly support members of our most vulnerable communities — our Mi'kma'q peoples. Many Indigenous households continue to experience food insecurity, and we’re here to change that narrative.

Access to food is a basic human right. When people no longer have to worry about where their next meal will come from, they gain the space to focus on healing, growing, and giving back to the communities around them.

We live and work on the stolen and unceded territory of the Mi'kma'ki peoples. It’s our shared responsibility to rebuild relationships, repair harm, and create a community where everyone feels nourished and valued.

Too often, our society measures success by profit, leaving many isolated and disconnected. But when we remove barriers like hunger, we make room for something deeper — connection, care, and collective peace.

It doesn’t just take a village to raise a child; it takes a village to sustain one another — with kindness, generosity, and mutual respect at the forefront.

It’s time to slow down, bring kindness back, and support each other. Together, we can create a future rooted in nourishment, balance, and shared abundance.
